1. “Referral Program” Rules

In connection with casting for season 3 of Catch a Contractor (the ‘Project”), 3 BALL is offering a referral program, rewarding people who refer their friends and family to participate in the Project (the ‘Referral Program’). As part of the Referral Program, if you were referred to the Project by a friend or family member and are selected and participate in an episode of the Project, which episode is broadcast on Spike as part of the third season, the person who referred you (the ‘Referrer’) shall be eligible to receive a one-time flat fee of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250) (the ‘Finder’s Fee’), in 3 BALL’s sole discretion. In order to be eligible to participate in the Referral Program, the Referrer must be over the age of eighteen (18), a legal resident of the United States and must currently reside in the United States. The Referrer shall only be entitled to the Finder’s Fee if you indicate on your initial casting materials (found on this website) that they referred you. If you fail to indicate a referral on the initial casting materials, the Referrer shall be ineligible to receive a Finder’s Fee. In listing someone as a Referrer, you represent and warrant, (i) you were in fact referred to the Project by the Referrer and did not find it on your own volition or by any other means, and (ii) that you have express written consent from the Referrer to list the Referrer as a referral for the purposes of the Referral Program. Any breach by you of these representations and warranties shall render any potential Referrer ineligible to receive a Finder’s Fee.

2. Indemnity

You agree by accessing the this website to indemnify and hold harmless 3 BALL, its parents and subsidiaries and its and their employees, officers, agents and contractors from and against all actions, proceedings, suits, claims and demands brought or made against 3 BALL by any person arising from or in consequence your use of this website (including, without limitation, claims related to a breach or alleged breach of any representations made herein or related to the Referral Program) and from and against any damage, loss, cost or expense suffered or incurred by 3 BALL as a direct or indirect consequence thereof.

3. Privacy Policy

Personally identifiable information may be provided to us through this website. By providing information in such a manner you agree that it may be used by 3 BALL for the purposes for which it is provided. Information and data provided for casting purposes will be used only for purposes of casting, sending information requested and for gathering statistical information on the use of this website. 3 BALL may share this data and information with its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and other third parties for these purposes.
